ChrisChris Pings

Christopher Pings is the Assistant Director for Treasury Accounting in Financial Services at The University of Arizona. He holds an active Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) designation and is currently sitting for the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Chris has been on the board since 2011 and also has experience serving on boards for other nonprofits in that time. He completed his bachelor’s in accounting with a focus in facilitative leadership from The University of Arizona Eller College of Management.

ChelseyChelsey Pings

Chelsey Pings earned her bachelor’s in History and Psychology and master’s in Education from the University of Arizona. Since earning her degrees, she has been an educator in Southern Arizona working with students in the public school system at the high school level. In addition to her work, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Economic and Entrepreneurship Education through the University of Delaware. She believes that building an understanding of how generations communicate and interact is pivotal to creating a brighter future.

JessJessica Hill

Dr. Jessica Hill is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the W. A. Franke Honors College, and General Education faculty at the University of Arizona. She has over 15 years of experience as a college administrator and leadership educator. Jessica’s research interests focus on playful pedagogy, creativity, leadership, and improv comedy.

Corey Seemiller

Dr. Corey Seemiller serves as a professor in the department of Leadership Studies in Education and Organizations at Wright State University. She is a founder of this organization, and her research on Generation Z inspired her to provide insight on generational work to the larger community.
