Organizational Overview

The Institute for Generational Research and Education is a 501c(3) organization dedicated to advancing insight and education on inter-generational understanding, collaboration, and connection. The organization was formerly the Sonoran Center for Leadership Development with a broader purpose in doing leadership development. Given the importance and even necessity of intergenerational collaboration and understanding, the Board voted in 2021 to narrow the focus to education and research specific to enhancing the new mission.
