Dr. Meghan Grace is a generational researcher, international speaker, author, and host of the podcast, #GenZ. She is the co-author of the books, Generation Z Goes to College, Generation Z Leads, Generation Z Learns, and Generation Z: A Century in the Making. Dr. Grace and her research partner, Dr. Corey Seemiller, have conducted three original studies on Generation Z–the Generation Z Goes to College study in 2014 and the Generation Z Stories Study in 2017, and Gen Z Voices on Voting in 2019. Dr. Grace is also passionate about sharing the stories of members of Generation Z and launched her podcast, #GenZ in 2018. #GenZ is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and RadioPublic.
She is currently a consultant with Plaid, LLC where she delivers presentations and trainings on Generation Z research. Dr. Grace also leads strategy development sessions and works with clients to enhance individual and organizational practices to effectively educate, engage, and work with members of Generation Z.
Dr. Grace also provides consultative services in regards to Generation Z, as well as educational and organizational strategy. She has diverse experience working in higher education and student affairs with a background in program design and management, Greek organizations, leadership development, event planning, curriculum design, and research and assessment.
Dr. Grace holds her undergraduate degree in communication studies from Chapman University and completed her master’s in higher education at the University of Arizona, and doctoral degree at Vanderbilt University studying higher education leadership and policy.
