Join Dr. Corey Seemiller and Dr. Meghan Grace for a live 10-week cohort-style online learning experience. This 10-part course series includes all topics related to Generation Z. Learn everything from how this generation communicates to how they want to change the world! Not only will you gain new knowledge about Generation Z, but you will also be able to connect with other learners through timely activities and discussion. Learners will be expected to complete one online module per week in preparation for the weekly live session.

Course Information
- Sessions will held virtually for one hour, with the exception of the first and last sessions.
- The session will have a limited capacity to ensure a small-group and community-style experience for learners.
- All sessions will take place on Zoom; a link will be provided to enrolled learners.
- Each learner will gain access to 10 online courses, weekly live session discussions, and a copy of one of Corey and Meghan’s books.
- All course completers will receive a certificate and are eligible for CEUs.
Session Descriptions
Understanding Generations: In this session, you will learn about foundational aspects of generational research, how generations are shaped and influenced by societal events and trends, and the birth years, defining events, and key characteristics of each modern generation.
Motivating Generation Z: In this session, you will learn how members of Generation Z are motivated and gain insight into effective motivation strategies.
Enhancing Learning with Generation Z: In this session, you will learn about Generation Z’s perspectives and preferences on learning as well as ways to design learning environments to support Generation Z learners.
Generation Z Health & Wellness: In this course, you will learn about Generation Z’s perspectives and behaviors on health and wellness as well as ways to promote healthy behaviors and encourage wellness.
Generation Z’s Aspirations: In this session, you will learn about the contextual influences affecting Generation Z’s aspirations, research on Generation Z’s aspirations, and how to help Generation Z in formulating and reaching their aspirations.
Communicating with Generation Z: In this session, you will learn how Generation Z prefers to communicate as well as the platforms and methods they use.
Creating Interpersonal Connections with Generation Z: In this session, you will learn what those in Generation Z look for in interpersonal connections, how they build and foster relationships, and strategies to effectively develop and maintain relationships with them.
Engaging Generation Z in Groups & Teams: In this session, you will learn about the context and research shaping Generation Z group behaviors and strategies to effectively engage Gen Z in team and group settings.
Developing the Leadership Capacities of Generation Z: In this session, you will learn about the contextual influences affecting Generation Z’s aspirations, research on Generation Z’s aspirations, and how to help Generation Z in formulating and reaching their aspirations.
